    键盘战胜鼠标之QuickSilver(一)

    这里郑重推荐一个很好用的软件:QuickSilver,自然,是Mac版的,Windows下也有一些类似的替代品,找找Launcher类的工具便是。

    QuickSilver(QS)可以做什么呢?简单的说,QS是一个应用程序的启动器,当然,其功能远超越了简单的启动器。
    对我来说,我更习惯使用键盘来完成日常的操作,因为鼠标还要耗眼睛进行跟踪箭头才能点击,速度也不理想。同时,把什么程序都扔到Dock里面,就会显得Dock异常的凌乱。而当用了QS,只需要激活QS,然后输入要完成的操作,然后就OK了。
    举一些例子:
    我要写一个邮件给某人,一般的做法就是打开mail,然后点新建,然后输入收件人。现在简单了,只需要激活QS,输入收件人的缩写,然后tab,输入c,然后回车,立刻开始新建邮件。
    这是一个“一切尽在掌握”的感觉。
    同时,QS是自学习的,也支持部分拼写,比如你要启动Firefox,可以激活QS,然后输入F,选择firefox,然后回车就可以打开firefox。下次就不需要选择firefox了,QS会记得你最经常使用的组合,快速打开你要的东西。
    OK,赶快下载尝试一下吧。同时还可以配合安装Growl
    再说一下Tip
    需要设置QS的激活热键,默认的是Ctrl+Space,容易和切换输入法/Spotlight冲突。我使用了Cmd+Shift+Space。
    下载安装的时候会提示安装一些插件,根据需要选择一些就可以了。可以直接选择下载安装iTunes插件和Growl插件,随后在预置中选择“Preferences”,选择左侧的Handlers,然后在Notification中选择Growl,这样就设置QS输出到Growl通知。再选择左侧iTunes,选上“Show Artwork”、“Monitor Recent Tracks”和“Display Track Notifications”三个选项,退出并重新打开QS,然后就可以看到iTunes中切换轨道等都会出现Growl通知了。更好玩的是,在QS预置中的Triggers中可以选择iTunes,这下你可以方便的使用热键来控制iTunes跳转了,Cool!
    随后打开系统预置,设置Growl中的QS通知形式为Music Video,就更帅了!
